Merger
1). I followed the rule of creating mergers.
2). The subject in the photo are the newspapers on the table.
3). No, because there are many different papers and there are several people in the photo.
4). In order to make the subject more clear, avoiding mergers (the people), and taking the picture at a closer angle that's only focused on the newspaper.
Simplicity
1). I followed the rule of simplicity in this photo.
2). The subject present in the photo is the cup of paintbrushes in the art room.
3). I think the subject of the photo is noticeable and you're able to tell what it is. The background has some blur to it which makes the subject more clear.
4). To make the the subject even more clear, removing the box and computer from the background would make the photo more obvious.
Rule Of Thirds
1). I used the rule of thirds in this photo.
2). The main subject of this photo is the girl that's drawing.
3). The subject is noticeable because the surroundings and background of the girl are very dull, which makes her pop out more.
4). To make her stand out more, is avoiding the pole in the photo.
Lines
1). In this photo, I followed the rule of lines.
2). The main subject of this photo is the guy sitting down, drawing. The lines of the windows lead up the him drawing.
3). I think the subject is pretty noticeable because there aren't many objects in the photo that take away from him.
4). To make him a bigger subject and more noticeable, adding more lighting to the photo would make him pop more, instead of it looking like he's in the shadows.
Balance
1). In this photo I followed the rule of balance.
2). The main subject of the photo are the two people that are sitting down drawing.
3). The subjects of the photo aren't as noticeable as I would have liked.
4). To make them more noticeable all I would need to do is add more lighting to the photo so they don't look so dark and in the shadows.
Framing
1). In this photoI attempted to follow the rule of framing.
2). The subject in the photo are the two girls sitting at a table, doing classwork.
3). I think the subject in the photo is noticeable because of them being in the center.
4). To make the subject look more noticeable, I would take this photo at a different angle, and to avoid the bright red and black poles.
I believe you did a great job of keeping your images focused, not blurry, and having the right idea of rules of composition. One thing that I would have to critique is making sure the background isn't so busy, like in the balance picture and the simplify picture. :))))
