Filling the Frame

I think this photo is the best photo that catches your eye. To me, I wasn't able to tell what was going on in the photo but the splattering definitely caught my eye, and I bet it caught other people's eyes as well. I think this photo is so interesting because I want to know everything that's happening and I want to know why they're doing this.
